    Lia is experienced in the facilitation of change initiatives. Passionate about justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, Lia is a certified coach and diversity professional. She specializes in empowering teams to achieve synergy in creative spaces. Lia is pursuing a Ph.D in how neurodiversity catalyzes innovation on teams and believes strongly in the power of community and conversation. Lia is the co-owner and founder of Snell-Rivalsky Consulting and Co-Intelligence Co-op. She is an executive coach for Young Professionals and also is the Vice President of Friends of C.A.S.A of Wood County where she is passionate about creating systems to support children who are navigating tough legal situations with few resources. Outside of work you’ll find Lia at a live concert at Pine Knob or throwing pots on the potter’s wheel.

    Lia specializes in building communication skills, creating psychological safety and inspiring personal vision.

    She has had the privledge of working with junior executives from several Fortune 500s, community organizations and young professionals just starting out.

    Chelsea is the owner and founder of Chelsea Redfox LLC. She is a skilled facilitator and project manager. Chelsea has experience in enhancing organizational and employee performance through effective training and development strategies. She has successfully developed advanced training programs for large teams, led the implementation of mentorship initiatives, and collaborated on internal change programs, demonstrating her expertise in continuous learning and policy development. Outside of work Chelsea spends time with family and friends, creates art, practices yoga, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and sightseeing.

    Megan is a key part of the day of the facilitation team and brings her razzle- dazzle to workshops and meetings. Starting her career at Goldman Sachs in recruiting, Megan now leads a successful sales team. Megan is an enthusiastic and humorous leader and loves to see people having fun and achieving their goals. Outside of work Megan coaches youth sports, spends time with friends and family in South Toledo, and travels with her partner.
